Don't store... plan!

For products that are constantly used, or rather where the consumption is predictable and cyclical, as for example spray dryer nozzles, belts, discs, fluorescent ink for sorting line, etc., we ask our Clients to cooperate in the following way:

Prepare programmed orders yearly. The consignments will be on term at the clients discretion. Let’s suppose that 120 units of item A are used per year. The average monthly use will therefore be of 10 units (120pcs per 12 months). Our Client orders 120 units of A at the beginning of the year predisposing the consignments according to their own needs. It may also be, for example a consignment of 20 units every 2 months, of 30 units every 3 months, or 40 units every 4 months etc.

Operating in this way the Client can benefit from the following advantages:

• It is possible to set the price of each item yearly; therefore, variation of cost production that occur during the year will not have any effect on the Client.
• For orders of large amounts it is possible to apply a further discount thus having even more competitive prices.
• Reduction of the warehouse or transportation costs according to how the yearly consignments are decided.
• Saving on telephone or fax charges for enquiry of prices.
• Possibility, on our part, to guarantee even more precise deliveries and so highly improving the level of Client service.
Moreover, we would like to underline that this kind of solution is surely profitable for the Client. In fact, situating a warehouse locally involves extra running and staff costs with obvious price increases.
